The IPCC formulas & results were made using dry gas (Scientific laboratory made environment), this is not our true atmospheric pressure or condition, it does not use vapour in its calculations. When we use OUR true atmospheric condition and evaluate Methane we now know it is irrelevant GHG, it has no effect on our atmosphere or our planet.
